  • Precision Thermostats

    Bimetal wizardry from Texas Instruments has created this class leading range of thermostats for military, aerospace and medical applications.

    The "jewel" of this range is surely the 3BT/4BT thermostats, depicted on the right, which are probably the smallest electromechanical thermostats in the world.



  • Commercial Thermostats

    Charcroft offers a range of snap action, bimetal thermostats that are typically custom built from the choices available. The range includes both automatic reset and manual reset derivatives.

  • Thermal Protectors

    Whether you are looking at preventing overheating in an electric motor, transformer or battery pack, you can be sure we have a product to suit. These are usually automatic reset devices, some being also current sensitive.

  • Self Hold Thermal cut-outs

    Charcroft offers a unique product in Thermtrol's SH7AM self hold thermal cut-out.

    Designed to prevent overheating in a variety of consumer, industrial and commercial applications it is a miniature snap action acting device that once has opened its contacts at the preset temperature, will retain this state until power has been removed. Only at that point will the device automatically reset.
  • Automotive Thermostat Packages

    The 2VT series Automotive Thermostat from Charcroft is a rugged construction, compact bimetal thermostat suitable for a variety of applications including generators, diesel engines, and marine applications at 12 and 24V dc.

    Customers can choose a preset temperature in the range of 0 Deg C to 150 Deg C and the device can be chosen to either open or close on temperature rise.
